Health information specialist work in hospitals, clinics, insurance
companies, physicians’ offices, and many other medical settings.
Salary:
Coding specialist: 20,000 - $25,000
Records technician: $25-000, $30,000
Records administrations: $30,000 - $40,000
Education: students should take high school courses in business,
information management science, math and English. Coding specialist most has a
high school diploma or GED certificate. Tra8ining
is usually conducted on the job, but classes are offered at community colleges.
